It usually takes 1 – 3 business days for orders to process and leaves our warehouse. Processing times do not account for weekends or holidays.
Standard World-wide Shipping: free shipping is available to international customers on orders with a subtotal of $30.
You will receive an order confirmation email that will notify you when your item is on the way. The e-mail will contain products details, shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the link listed in the e-mail.
We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
If you are still to receive an item after the estimated delivery date please be patient, give it a few days and your order will be there before you know it.

STEP 1: Check the delivery address of the order.
STEP 2: Check that you have not been left a red card from mail through your letter box stating that they tried to deliver and are holding your package at the post office. It’s also a good idea to check with neighbours and places around your property for left parcels and contact your local post office.
STEP 3: Give us an email and we will do our best to solve the situation.International buyers please be aware that we have no control over local delivery services. Delays may be due to customs checks, slow local delivery services or busy periods of the year i.e. Christmas, holiday etc.

Please be advised that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by IMAGIC COSMETICS. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
