  • ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE?

All IMAGIC products are safe and cruelty-free!  We import the cruelty-free raw materials from abroad. IMAGIC will protect your safety while offering  beauty.


  • DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

IMAGIC is a cruelty-free brand and we refuse to test on animals. Today, animal testing is no longer needed as we have better methods to determine if a product is dangerous for humans. Our labs will also continue to experiment with innovation, striving to create natural makeup products.


  • DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer FREE Standard shipping for the order over $30. Charges and taxes of the custom is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by IMAGIC COSMETICS. Click HERE to see the detailed shipping policy.


  • I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL YET… HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received the email after a few days then we recommend checking your spam/junk box to see if it’s hiding in there. If there is still no sign of it, send an email to info@imagiccosmetics.com and we’ll look into it for you as soon as possible.


  • HOW CAN I TRACK WHERE MY ORDER IS?

Very simple, just click HERE. On this website, you can use your tracking number to query and see the latest news of your order location. Your will get your tracking number in an order confirmation email sent by the IMAGIC customer service team.


  • MY TRACKING HASN’T UPDATED IN DAYS, WHAT’S GOING ON?

The international parcels are handed over to the destination country’s national postal service upon arrival in the destination country. 
Often there is a period of 7-10 days during which the package is waiting in a distribution center upon arrival to be picked up and scanned into the tracking system of the destination country’s postal service.
During this time, the tracking will not show any updates. Occasionally this stage of the delivery can take longer than 10 days. If your tracking has not updated in 10 days or more, please let us know and we will find out if there is anything out of the ordinary with your shipment. 


  • WHY I CHECK THE TRACKING NUMBER, THEY SAID NOT AVAILABLE?

The package information just shipped, the logistics information will not be updated in time. Please wait a few days before checking your tracking number.


  • MY PACKAGE SAID DELIEVERED, BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT?

Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!

  • HOW CAN I PLACE ORDER?

Step 1: Visit www.imagiccosmetics.com to view the products you like, choose the color and model, then add to your cart
Step 2: Fill your correct shipping infomations in the demanded area.
Step 3: Pay your order through Paypal, Alipay, T/T, Visa card or Western Union
Step 4: We pack your goods well and arrange the shipping in 3-7 days. You will get an order confirmation email once your pacakge is shipped. We would be happy to receive your feedback after goods received.
